Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where can we workout?

    We’ll work together at Bodywork SF personal training gym. It’s a private space, so there are no distractions.

  • What should I wear to workouts/consultation?

    Wear comfortable workout clothes that you can move in and athletic shoes.

  • What should I bring to the workouts?

    Bring a water bottle, we provide a towel for you.

  • Do you have restrooms or changing facilities?

    Yes! We have changing rooms and a shower.

  • What if I have to travel for work/ miss a workout because of illness/ go on vacation?

    Session times can be re-scheduled as long as you give appropriate notice (at least 24 hours).

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    I promise to always respect your time and appreciate that you respect mine. 24 hours notice is required in order to cancel or reschedule a session. If you do not give me 24 hours notice, this will count as a missed session. This policy is put in place for you to get the best possible results.

  • What form of payment do you accept?

    I use Square for all payments, and will charge on the 1st of every month. Cash is also an option; payment is due on or before the 1st of every month.

  • How do I know if we'll work well together?
