ABOUT RACHEL

Rachel Mandeville is a Certified Personal Trainer through American College of Sport Medicine and a Certified Functional Strength Coach. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Before starting her own company, Rachel worked in the corporate wellness space at several tech companies in the Bay Area including Apple, YouTube, and Google.

With so many programs out there with the mentality of ‘harder, faster, more is better,’ Rachel takes an approach that focuses on proper technique and quality over quantity, which in return creates not only better results but keeps clients injury free!
